WASHINGTON, Aug. 22 -- Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has issued a proposed rule called: Personal Financial Data Rights Reconsideration.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 22 by Russell Vought, Acting Director, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
