Today, Congressman Andy Harris, M.D. (MD-01), is calling on Governor Wes Moore to stop deleting posts and public comments from official government social media accounts. In April 2018, a federal court ruling in the ACLU's case against former Governor Larry Hogan established that official government social media accounts open to public comment are protected public forums under the First Amendment.
