Congressman Andy Harris, Chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development, and Food and Drug Administration, is concerned that Maryland officials may have not done all they could to lower the Payment Error Rate in the Maryland SNAP program. Since hard-earned federal taxpayer dollars are concerned, the whistleblower allegations should be taken seriously and investigated at the state and federal level.
