WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Revisions to Business Conduct and Swap Documentation Requirements for Swap Dealers and Major Swap Participants.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 30 by Christopher Kirkpatrick, Secretary of the Commission.

Summary: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC" or "Commission") is proposing amendments to certain of the Commission's business conduct and documentation requirements applicable to swap dealers and major swap participants.
