WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Requirements for Designated Contract Markets and Swap Execution Facilities Regarding Governance and the Mitigation of Conflicts of Interest Impacting Market Regulation Functions; Withdrawal of Proposed Regulatory Action.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 18 by Robert Sidman, Deputy Secretary of the Commission.
