WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued a notice called: Policy Statement Concerning Agency Referrals for Potential Criminal Enforcement.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 10 by Robert Sidman, Deputy Secretary of the Commission.

Summary: This notice describes plans of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the "Commission") to address criminally liable regulatory offenses under the recent executive order on Fighting Overcriminalization in Federal Regulations.
