OLYMPIA, Wash., March 20 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's U.S. Forest Service unit - Olympic National Forest - issued the following press release:

he Olympic National Forest will allow current Personal-use Firewood Permit holders to collect downed wood at Coho Campground along Wynoochee Lake, March 22, 23, and 24.

Who: Current Personal-use Firewood Permit Holders. The opportunity is closed to commercial permit holders.

What: 150 downed trees. No standing timber can be cut!

When: March 22, 23, and 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The campground may close early once all the downed viable wood is collected.

Where: Coho Campground along Wynoochee Lake, 36 miles north of Montesano, Wash.
