WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Special Local Regulation; Casco Bay, Cow Island, Long Island, ME.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 15 by Timothy McNamara, Commander, U.S. Coast Guard, Acting Captain of the Port, Sector Northern New England.
