WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Special Local Regulation; 100th Annual Pony Swim, Chincoteague Inlet and Surrounding Waters, Sector Virginia Captain of the Port Zone.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 21 by Peggy M. Britton, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector Virginia.
