WASHINGTON, Nov. 25 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Safety Zones; Recurring Events in Captain of the Port Duluth Zone.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 25 by John P. Botti, Commander, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Marine Safety Unit Duluth.

Summary: The Coast Guard is revising existing regulations for recurring safety zones in the Captain of the Port Duluth Zone. These amendments update the table of annually recurring marine events, add definitions, and clarify how and when the COTP may enforce listed zones.
