WASHINGTON, July 3 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Safety Zone; Fireworks Displays Within the Fifth Coast Guard District.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 3 by Patrick C. Burkett, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port, Sector Maryland-National Capital Region.
Summary: The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for certain waters of the Potomac River.
