WASHINGTON, Nov. 24 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Navigation and Navigable Waters, and Shipping; Technical, Organizational, and Conforming Amendments.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 24 by Michael T. Cunningham, Chief, Office of Regulations and Administrative Law.
Summary: This final rule makes non-substantive, technical, organizational, and conforming amendments to existing Coast Guard regulations. This represents a continuation of our practice of periodically issuing rules to keep our regulations up-to-date and accurate.
