WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Security Zones; Vessels Carrying Dangerous Cargo, Corpus Christi and La Quinta Ship Channels, Corpus Christi, TX.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 23 by T.H. Bertheau, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector Corpus Christi.
