WASHINGTON, Jan. 7 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Safety Zone; West of Cyril E. King Airport, St. Thomas, VI.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 7 by Luis J. Rodriguez, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector San Juan.

Summary: The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a safety zone for certain navigable waters west of Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas, USVI.
