COAST GUARD ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: SAFETY ZONE; INNER HARBOR, BALTIMORE, MD

WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Safety Zone; Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 30 by Patrick C. Burkett, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port, Sector Maryland-National Capital Region.

Summary: The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a temporary safety zone for certain navigable waters of the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created during an Air Show.
