WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Safety Zone; Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 30 by Patrick C. Burkett, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port, Sector Maryland-National Capital Region.
