The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 16 by J.P. Hickey, Rear Admiral, U.S. Coast Guard, Commander, Ninth Coast Guard District.
Summary: The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a regulated navigation area for certain waters of the Illinois River.
