WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 -- Coast Guard has issued a notice called: Revisions to Maritime Security (MARSEC) Directive 104-6; Guidelines for U.S. Vessels Operating in High Risk Waters.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 7 by A.M. Beach, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Director of Inspections and Compliance.
