WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Coast Guard has issued a notice called: Notice of Availability of Record of Decision for the Atlantic Fleet Training and Testing Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement/Overseas Environmental Impact Statement.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by Amy B. Grable, Rear Admiral, U.S. Coast Guard, Assistant Commandant for Capability.
