WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Coast Guard has issued a notice called: Cooperative Research and Development Agreement: Uncrewed Surface Vessels (USVs) for Maritime Safety and Security Operations.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by M.P. Chien, Captain, Commanding Officer, U.S. Coast Guard Research and Development Center.
