Brief Summary: Correlation Between Upper Cross Syndrome (UCS) and Neck Proprioception Hypothesis
There is no statistically significant relationship between UCS and neck proprioception.
Methodology
Design: Randomized controlled trial.
Inclusion Criteria:
Office workers using computers for >=4 hours/day. Aged 28-48 years. Chronic nonspecific neck pain (>=3 months) with pain levels of 3-8 on a VAS scale.
Forward head posture (FHP) =3 consecutive or 4 nonconsecutive sessions.
