Brief Summary: This protocol describes a randomized controlled feasibility vanguard study designed to investigate the implementation and effects of esophageal pressure-guided positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) titration in patients with high body mass index (BMI) mechanically ventilated patients at the Edmonton Zone.
