Brief Summary: This is a single-center, prospective, single-arm study evaluating the safety and feasibility of total pancreatectomy with islet autotransplantation (TPIAT) in carefully selected adult patients with periampullary neoplasms who are considered at high risk for postoperative pancreatic fistula after pancreaticoduodenectomy.
