Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial evaluated the effectiveness of kinesiotaping in addition to exercise for patients with knee osteoarthritis (gonarthrosis). Thirty-eight participants aged 45 to 65 were randomly assigned to two groups: one group performed a structured home exercise program three times weekly for 6 weeks, while the other group performed the same program and also received kinesiotaping once weekly.
