Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to learn the effect of low level tragus stimulation (LLTS) on echocardiographic parameter in patient with ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) who undergo primart percutaneous coronary intervention (PPCI).
