Brief Summary: This study was planned to determine the effects of fetal position and swaddling during nasal CPAP application on pain, stress level, comfort and physiological parameters of the newborn. The research is a randomized controlled trial. The study will be conducted in the neonatal intensive care unit of a Training and Research Hospital between May 2025 and October 2025.
