Brief Summary: This is a multicenter, randomized, controlled clinical study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the Spatial StimelMD (SSMD) device for upper-limb neuromotor rehabilitation in adults with impairment following stroke or traumatic brain injury (TBI).
