Brief Summary: Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) has emerged as the standard surgical modality for pulmonary tumor. Compared with open thoracotomy, VATS is associated with reduced surgical trauma, attenuated postoperative pain, and a lower incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications.
