Brief Summary: This is a prospective, multicenter, open-label, randomized controlled trial designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of prophylactic endoscopic sphincterotomy (ES) in frail patients unfit for cholecystectomy following an episode of acute biliary pancreatitis (ABP).
