Brief Summary: RESEARCH QUESTION: Is a treatment strategy that includes direct referral to a PCI center for intermediate to high-risk patients with non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS), both cost-effective and non-inferior for major adverse cardiac events (MACE)?
