Brief Summary: This single-center, prospective, randomized, double-blind controlled trial aims to evaluate the effects of intraoperative paragastric block (PGBLOCK) on early postoperative visceral pain, postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV), and analgesic requirements in patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG).
