Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to compare the impact of Modified Otago Exercises and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Exercises on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) using valid tools such as the Berg Balance Scale and the Katz Index of Independence in ADL.
