Brief Summary: This study evaluates the effect of single exposure to written Microsteps messages, and short video booster content, on behavioral expectation to adopt behavioral nudges, immediately after exposure, as well as self-reported behavioral adoption of those nudges, two weeks later. Beyond that, the study will examine post-exposure hope and happiness as well as voluntary post-trial engagement with the health messages. This study will be conducted entirely online.
