Brief Summary: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a complex endocrine and metabolic disorder prevalent among women of reproductive age. It is closely associated with insulin resistance, obesity, and metabolic dysfunction, often leading to hepatic steatosis (fatty liver).
