Brief Summary: This is a multicenter, prospective, interventional clinical trial designed to evaluate and compare two intraoperative imaging modalities: laparoscopic ultrasound (LUS) and fluorescence cholangiography with indocyanine green (ICG), for the identification of biliary anatomy in technically challenging laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
