Brief Summary: The DIAMOND study is being carried out to evaluate if Datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DX) in combination with Durvalumab is more effective than Dato-DXd alone in treating PDL1-negative advanced or metastatic triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).
