Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to to compare the effects of high (HIIWT) versus moderate-intensity interval walking training (MIIWT) on body composition, plasma volume variations (PVV), hematological parameters, muscle damage and aerobic capacity in overweight/obese postmenopausal women.
