Brief Summary: This prospective, randomized, double-blind clinical study aimed to investigate the effects of combining general anesthesia with an interscalene brachial plexus block (ISB) on burst suppression ratio (BSR) and electroencephalographic (EEG) activity in patients undergoing elective shoulder surgery.
