Brief Summary: This is a population-based matched cohort study to examine whether male living kidney donors are at increased risk of undergoing hydrocelectomy compared to similar males in the general population. Using linked health administrative data from Alberta, Canada, male donors who underwent laparoscopic nephrectomy between 2002 and 2020 will be matched 1:10 to non-donors based on key demographic and clinical characteristics.
