Brief Summary: Little is known about comparative efficacy of gabapentin and diclofenac sodium in managing post-operative pain. Therefore, this study was planned to compare the efficacy of gabapentin, and diclofenac sodium for post-operative pain relief in patients undergoing major abdominal surgeries.
