Brief Summary: This study is a longitudinal, multicenter, single-blind, two-arm randomized controlled trial designed to evaluate the effectiveness of Multi-Modal Cognitive Processing Therapy (MMCPT) for individuals with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
