Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial evaluated the effectiveness of long-term, low-dose clarithromycin (250 mg/day) in reducing symptoms, improving endoscopic and radiologic scores, and preventing early recurrence of nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery.
