Brief Summary: This study aims to compare two oral iron treatments: Sucrosomial(R) Iron and Ferric Maltolin women with mild to moderate iron deficiency anemia. Many patients experience gastrointestinal side effects or poor tolerance with traditional iron supplements, which can limit treatment adherence.
