Brief Summary: Eligible patients will be identified in regular clinical practice. After providing thorough explanation and obtaining voluntary written informed consent, the clinical course, adverse events, endoscopic findings, and histopathological changes in biopsy specimens after Etrasimod administration will be prospectively collected and analyzed.
