Brief Summary: Non-specific neck pain is a prevalent condition causing discomfort, reduced craniovertebral angle, and disability. This randomized controlled trial will evaluate the combined effects of Sustained Natural Apophyseal Glides (SNAGs) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) on pain, posture, and function.
