Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to look at how exercises affect people with head and neck cancer while they are receiving radiotherapy after surgery. We have three main ideas:

1. Exercises might help reduce or prevent the loss of normal movement that can happen during radiotherapy.

2. Doing exercises may help keep the muscles strong or even make them stronger.

3. Exercises might help maintain or improve a person's posture.
