Brief Summary: This study tested how well Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) works to reduce stress and anxiety in female university students living in hostels. Eighty students were randomly divided into two groups: one received EFT therapy for 4 weeks, and the other did not. Stress and anxiety were measured before and after using standard scales.
