Brief Summary: Pediatric solid tumors exhibit a low mutational burden, limited availability of neoantigens, and poor infiltration of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) within the tumor microenvironment (TME), characteristics that reduce the effectiveness of immunotherapies in children.
