Brief Summary: Postural hyperkyphosis is common in postmenopausal women and leads to spinal dysfunction, pain, impaired balance, and increased fall risk. This study aims to develop and validate a multimodal physiotherapy framework to prevent and manage hyperkyphosis in this population.
