Brief Summary: This study investigated two different methods of maxillary protraction in growing patients with skeletal Class III malocclusion characterized by maxillary deficiency. All participants underwent the Alternate Rapid Maxillary Expansion and Constriction (Alt-RAMEC) protocol to mobilize the circummaxillary sutures.
