Brief Summary: This study aims to compare the effects of two commonly used anesthetic agents, sevoflurane and propofol, on cognitive function after spinal surgery. Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is a common complication following general anesthesia, particularly in complex procedures such as spinal surgery.
